Bill showed the business canvas of company at the sharing session. He taught the younger students the importance of "everything is based on long-termism". Customers provide design drawings or ideas, and we complete the subsequent production, providing one-stop customized services.
While providing a variety of services, we also expand the company's talent team. Currently, we have a design team of 5 people, a business team of over 30 people and over 100 workers.

The interactive session brought the sharing session to a climax. Students raised their hands enthusiastically and asked many questions in their minds about entrepreneurship risk assessment, industry trend judgment, personal career planning, etc. Bill listened patiently and answered carefully. Combining his own practical experience, he helped the students clear the fog and clarify their future career direction.

Students asked: The word "security" has penetrated into various industries. How can we reflect it in the future entrepreneurial path?

Bill answered: The word "security" needs to be combined with the situation of one's own industry. Now this word sounds very big, we can make it smaller.

First of all, customer privacy security, we will ensure that customer information is not leaked during the communication process; ensure that customer ideas are not plagiarized during the design process; ensure that the product is safe and harmless during the production process. To achieve this goal, we must take actions, such as network encryption, signing confidentiality agreements with customers, and sending products to professional places for testing and certification, which can reflect the "security" of our company. Therefore, we must take actions to reflect it according to the specific industry situation and the purpose of segmentation.
