The Production Process of PVC Key chain

Mold Making: Create a mold for the PVC key chain based on the design pattern. Typically, molds can be made using silicone or other suitable materials. Ensure that the mold's dimensions and shape match your design.

PVC Material Preparation: Prepare the PVC material, usually in the form of pellets or sheets. Select the appropriate PVC material to ensure its quality and durability.

 

Heating and Injection: Heat the PVC material to the appropriate temperature, making it soft and pliable. Then, inject the heated PVC material into the prepared mold. Ensure that the PVC material fills the mold adequately and forms the desired shape and details.

Cooling and Curing: After injection, place the mold in a cooling area to rapidly cool and cure the PVC material. This helps maintain the shape and stability of the key chain.

Attachment Addition: As needed, add attachments to the PVC key chain, such as key rings, lanyards, or metal loops. Ensure that the attachments are secure and harmonize with the design of the key chain.

Inspection and Packaging: Conduct a quality check on the finished PVC key chains to ensure their appearance and functionality meet the requirements. Then, package them to protect the key chains and facilitate transportation and sales.
