The drawings turn into actual bags, what will the factory confirm with the customizer? ?
Generally, after the customizer provides the design drawings to the factory, the factory's colleagues responsible for follow-up will communicate carefully with the customizer based on the design drawings. You need to confirm the following 5 points.
2: Confirm the lining of the bag (the material inside the bag).
3: Confirm the bag accessories, such as whether the accessory buckle is made of metal or plastic? What is the size of the accessory buckle? color? Nylon for zippers? Resin? Metal?
4: Confirm the pattern making process of the bag, the pattern making process: silk screen, heat transfer, hot stamping, heat transfer printing, embossing, offset printing, embroidery, flocking, etc.
5. Confirm the color value of the bag (the color value is usually based on the Pantone color card color number, which greatly facilitates both parties. You can also send us a color plate for color matching), and confirm the bag size and shape.
After we have confirmed the above points, we will first make a craft board and take photos and videos for the customizer to confirm before making a formal sample. Guarantee high restoration design effect.
