STEP 1:Get a quote

Send three side views of the design (front, side, back), required dimensions, quantities, logo lables,packaging requirements, etc.

STEP2:Order your Sample
We will provide customers with sample orders, so that you can test the quality of our products and services.
①Project manager work directly with you.Our sales manager will contact you within 24 hours and provide you with a quote for your needs.
②We make the dolls for you after you accept the quote and pay the sample fee, which usually takes 7-20 days
③After samples are done we will send multi-angle pictures and videos to customers to confirm the details.We will modify the sample according to your modification suggestions to make you satisfied. * Samples can be modified free based on your Original design.
STEP3:Production & Delivery
You approve a production sample of your custom plush toy and we ship!
①Mass Production
If customer has the intention of bulk production,after the sample is confirmed,the mass production will begin, and we have one-stop service if you need labeling, packing, testing, and shipping!
②Quality Inspection
We have a special quality inspection department to check the quality of each doll after the end of the batch production. Until there is no problem, and proceed to the next step.
③Delivery
Once we are done with production and qc we will send out the goods.We can provide sea and air to door transportation
Minimum Order Quantity
We don't have custom MOQ you can place a sample order for quality testing. ️For mass production, we recommend you make at least 50 pcs so that we can give you a good price, the more you make the cheaper the unit price will be.

Customer Experience Packages
If you want to know part of our process and feel the real touch of the fabric, we have prepared a new customer experience package for you, with much more contents and fabrics than the last edition, you can contact me or your business manager if you need! There are only 40 copies at present. It contains commonly used fabrics, fillers, prints, embroideries, labels, washing labels and introductions of our company.
We only provide one free for each person! If you need a second copy,please buy it .

Birth / Promotional Card
If you'd like custom birth certificate or card for your plushies, we can also provide this services.They will also delivery home with your dolls.
This is our own original doll's certificate just for reference, you can design your own style of content.
Packing & Shipping
Bulk orders are packing according to customer's request.
